Hung Thoong Exploration 3 Days 2 Nights is the journey to discover Hung Thoong – a unique and wild cave in Phong Nha – Ke Bang, Vietnam. The cave system of Hung Thoòng is unique and special, with many caves deep in the strictly protected zone of Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park. Hence, the only way to access these caves is by walking along the forest trails.
The journey to discover Hung Thoong cave has just been put into operation in 2023 by Culture Pham Travel. Thus, the first adventure tour to conquer Hung Thoong will start on January 1, 2023.

HUNG THOONG EXPLORATION 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS ITINERARY
Day 1 Of Hung Thoong Exploration 3 Days 2 Nights Journey
Phong Nha – 20 Victory Road – Hung Cave – Tron Cave – Diving Water Lake
8:00 am: Our driver and guide will pick you up at your accommodation in Phong Nha and take you to the headquarters office. After that, the guide will disseminate the schedule and regulations when trekking.
8:30 am: Then, we will start along the road 20 Quyet Thang to the starting point of the walk at km17.
9:00 am: Next, we start walking through the jungle to reach Hung Thoong.
10:30 am: We will stop by the Nightmare sinkhole with a depth of 250m.
11:00 am: Continuing the journey to conquer Hung Thoong cave is to walk through the forest to reach Hung Thoong stream.
12:00 pm: Lunch picnic on the trail and rest to recharge for the afternoon.
1:00 pm: We will go to Hung Thoong Diving Lake after the noon break.
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm: We start swimming 1.2km through Tron Cave to explore this and another cave, Hung Cave.
5:00 pm: We will camp at Hung Thoong Diving Lake after exploring the caves.
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Enjoy the first dinner of Hung Thoong exploration for 3 days and 2 nights by the diving lake.
Day 2: Diving water lake – Mooc Hung Thoong Spring – Ma Da Lake
8:00 am: Have breakfast and prepare to explore Hung Thoong Cave.
9:00 – 11:00 am: Walk along Hung Thoong to reach Mooc Spring Phong Nha.
11:30 am: We have lunch at Nuoc Mooc Spring Hung Thoong, bathing and swimming at Mooc Spring.
1:00 – 3:00 pm: Next, we explore Thung Cave with extreme abseiling activities from a height of 25m down to the underground river beneath Thung Cave.
3:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Continuing the journey of Hung Thoong exploration, we walk through the forest to Ma Da Lake.
5:00 pm: Camp at the Ma Da Lake.
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Bathing and swimming in Ma Da Lake to soak up the cool water after exploring Thung Cave.
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Enjoy dinner at Ma Da Lake with our support team.
Day 3: Ma Da Lake – Ho Chi Minh Road
8:00 am: We have breakfast at the Ma Da Lake.
9:00 am: Start walking through Ma Da Valley.
12:00 pm: Arrive at Ho Chi Minh Road. Our driver private car and tour guide will drive you back to the Administ Headquarters. Your Hung Thoong Exploration 3 Days 2 Nights journey ends here!
