What To Expect?

As you might know, the distance from Hue to Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park is roughly 200 kilometers. If you have limited time in Vietnam and don’t want to stay overnight in Phong Nha or Dong Hoi, you should book the tour Hue-Phong Nha-Paradise Cave and go back to Hue one day with us.

We will arrange a private car transfer to pick you up in Hue and take you to Phong Nha in Quang Binh Province for the tour. Later, our private tour guide in Phong Nha will show you around Phong Nha Cave and Paradise Cave.

Phong Nha Cave And Paradise Cave Tour: Detailed Itinerary

In The Morning

At 6 AM, our private car will pick you up at your hotel in Hue and start the full-day tour to visit Phong Nha and Paradise Cave. After around 3,5 hours of transferring, we will get to Phong Nha Center. Here, you will meet our tour guide. They will give you an introduction to Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park along the way to the first destination.

At about 9:20 AM, your team arrives in Phong Nha Town. Firstly, we will visit Phong Nha Cave.

This is a wet cave and is considered the biggest cave in the cave system in Vietnam. Following the itinerary, we will take a local boat to go along the Son River for about 30 minutes to get to the cave gate. After that, we turn off the engine and paddle to go inside the cave.

With the tour guide, you will enjoy the beautiful grottoes of the Royal Palace, Lion, Fairy Tales, Bi Ki, etc.

In The Afternoon

At noon, we have a lunch break at a local restaurant in Phong Nha before continuing with the Phong Nha and Paradise Cave tour from Hue.

After lunch, at about 1 PM, we will visit the second destination, Paradise Cave. It’s about 25 kilometers from Phong Nha Village. Unlike Phong Nha Cave, Paradise Cave is a dry cave.

To get to the cave entrance, we will take a golf cart to the foothills. Then, we will walk around 600 meters to the cave entrance. After all that, a paradise will appear in front of your eyes.

The fabulous cave has spectacular stalactites and stalagmites with many shapes and patterns. Those have unique names, such as Lotus Flower, Sky Tower, Cathedral, Ruby Rabbit, Galaxy Waterfall, etc. You will learn all about them with our experienced tour guide.
