At 8:15, we will meet each other at Hai Cafe (at 98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Minh An, Hoi An) we start our great day of the Red Bridge Cooking Class Tour. We will enjoy some Vietnamese coffee and the morning daily life of the people in Hoi An old town.

Then, we will walk to the Hoi An central market, the largest market in Hoi An to explore the community’s daily life; and learn how to choose fresh ingredients that we would use in our cooking class. In the Red Bridge cooking class tour, you will have a chance to interact with the sellers, learn more about their daily lives, and learn how to bargain.

After finishing buying the cooking ingredients, we will take a Red Bridge boat to go along the Thu Bon River to the Red Bridge Cooking School Vietnam. Along the way, it is a perfect chance to enjoy the peaceful and unique views of the water coconut; huge fishing nets, small fish boats as well as the daily life on the river of local fishermen.

After 25 minutes on the boat, we arrive at the Red Bridge school, our tour guide will take you to the cooking class through the herb garden. In this area, we will learn about the famous Hoi An and Vietnam dishes.

Our master chef will demonstrate how to cook all the delicious dishes on the cooking menu first then it will be your turn to practice and compete with each other.
