CU CHI TUNNELS HALF-DAY TOUR
At 8:00 am or 12:30, our local guide and driver will come to pick you up at your hotel in district 1 in Ho Chi Minh city and we start the best tours of Cu Chi tunnels half day.
Our local tour guide will tell you an overview of the itinerary and the Cu Chi Tunnels and its legendary history. Cu Chi is an AMAZING underground system tunnel of over 220 km, a must-see for both Vietnamese and foreigners.
Upon arrival, we will enjoy a short documentary film about this tunnel to understand more about its history and how fierce the war happened in this area. Then our local guide will tell you the pivotal part they played in the war such as trap doors.
We will climb inside to experience where and how the Viet Cong soldiers built storage facilities, weapons factories, living areas, clinics, kitchens, etc.
On the Cu Chi Tunnels Tour, you will have a chance to try local special war food such as rice tapioca & hot tea. Plus, on the Cu Chi Tunnels afternoon tour, you can challenge yourself to fire off an M16, AK47, or machine gun at the shooting range (optional, payment by yourself).
