How To Get To Do Quyen Waterfall?
There are some different ways to get to Do Quyen Waterfall but the first step is to reach Bach Ma National Park. You can visit Bach Ma by motorbike, or private car, or book the Bach Ma National Park Tours.

Why It Is Called “Do Quyen” Waterfall?
The reason the waterfall has this beautiful name “Do Quyen” is because along the two sides of the waterfall there are many Rhododendron flowers. Around March – April every year, Rhododendron flowers bloom simultaneously. The brilliant flowers, reaching out among the jungle, create a gorgeous sight.

Conquer the waterfall as high as 300m
Do Quyen Waterfall is one of the attractive tourist attractions in Hue that is spread by travel enthusiasts. With a height of up to 300m, conquering the waterfall will bring a special and unforgettable experience for all visitors.
If you would like to reach and admire the pure beauty of Do Quyen Waterfall, firstly, you must go down Yen stream, through Five Lakes. Then, trek another 45 to 50 minutes to reach the top of the waterfall.
Strolling on the Bach Ma National Park Trail
The trail leading up to Do Quyen waterfall is bumpy and winding, sometimes going over the slope, sometimes wading the stream as if testing the patience and stability of visitors’ feet.
You can trek on this trail slowly to admire the beautiful landscape from the surrounding trees such as pine trees, palm trees, and woody ferns… especially the rhododendron flowers shining in the middle mountains. The delicate, beautiful petals make the whole space of Bach Ma mountain more attractive.
Experience the journey of 689 wooden ladder steps
The road to Do Quyen waterfall has a total of 689 wooden ladder steps. At each section of the road, these steps have different slopes, giving visitors new levels of emotions.
Sometimes the stairs are gentle, sometimes the stairs are steep. You need to hold onto the iron railing to ensure safety during the journey.
Swimming at Five Lakes
Five lakes are a cluster of 05 natural lakes located in the heart of Bach Ma mountains and forests, about 5km from the main road on the trail leading to Do Quyen waterfall.
Five Lakes is truly a masterpiece of nature, a carving and depiction interwoven among water, rocks, trees, and the space of heaven and earth. The lake shore is gray granite rocks with fairly regular sizes, up to 2m high.
The water’s surface hits the rocks and bounces back creating ripples that sparkle in the sunlight. The lower part is shallower but quite wide and up to 5m long. The water is transparent, the flow is slow, so you can clearly see each pebble on the bottom of the lake.
With crystal and frozen blue water, the Five lakes is an ideal place to take pictures, rest and swim in the cool water.
Admire the majestic beauty of Do Quyen Waterfall
Going to the last steps, all efforts of visitors throughout the 689 steps seem to have paid off. A fanciful scene appeared in front of your eyes, the white water splashed with white foam, sparkling in the sunlight.
The cliffs are up to 150m wide, and on both sides of the waterfall is diverse vegetation and wide green foliage. The sound of the waterfall flowing, the brilliant colors of the rhododendron flowers mixed with the breeze, and the clouds create a charming and poetic scene.
