Quang Nam Noodles Recipe

  • Rice noodles 800 gr
  • 1 chicken (about 1.5kg)
  • 15 quail eggs
  • Coconut water 500 ml
  • Roasted peanuts 50 gr

  • Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  • Cashew color oil 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coconut water 500 ml
  • Green onion 3 branches

  • 10 pieces of scallions
  • Some vegetables (lettuce/plantain/basil)
  • Fish sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Rock sugar 1 tbsp

How to cook Quang Noodles?

Next, add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until the meat is tender. Add 700ml of filtered water, and 500ml of fresh coconut water, and stir over high heat.

When the water boils, add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of rock sugar, stir well, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15-20 minutes. Season to taste, then add the quail eggs, cook for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
